With a win over Winchester yesterday, the River Bandits won the North Division. Also, a win over Strasburg in the second game of two yesterday, and a win against Winchester, the Bandits secured the top seed in the league with a record of 27 – 15. The play-offs are scheduled to start on Tuesday, July 26th with the Bandits playing the fourth seeded team in the northern division which will be determined after tonight’s remaining games are completed.
We also want to congratulate our Head Coach, Mike Bocock, on a huge accomplishment as a head coach. By defeating the Strasburg Express last evening, he now has 700 career wins in the Valley League. This is a huge achievement and we again, want to say Congratulations!
